Two June-Blooming Orchids Signal the Beginning of an Adventure-Packed Summer!

Today I went on a search for two species of June-blooming orchids and found them! Purple Lady's Slipper (L) is rare, while the Calypso Orchid (R) is quite common. To me, they signal the beginning of summer, which means camping, long-distance hiking, backpacking, and fresh spiritual insight gleaned from spending extended time with Nature.
