Today
I meditated in this amazing, wildflower-spangled meadow. The sun
saturating my body helped my mind melt and become spacious, while the
distant raven and cow elk calls facilitated the process whereby my
thoughts begin to appear like echoes arising in a far-off world. What a
wonderful session it was!
