This week, I had several rather intense instances of rejection. However, I experienced release from the hurt when I found the grace to use the energy of the afflictive emotion as a slingshot taking me THROUGH the situation and into the spaciousness of the Mystery Beyond.
As usual, ferreting out the transparency of a tight and seemingly solid emotion is the key to liberation.
