The mountains help us become translucent to a vaster Reality.
At Glacier, I feel myself permeated by a
festive spirit that helps put the trials of life in human society into a
larger perspective. So often in our daily lives, we constrict around
our problems and challenges, and around our own expectations
and desires. In the mountains, these become translucent to a vaster
Reality, one that offers us a sense of spaciousness and freedom.
